At Finni Health- New Mexico, we're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to partner with our New Mexico leadership team in strengthening clinical quality across our organization. What You'll Do

⭐ Elevate Clinical Quality
  • Conduct comprehensive case audits to evaluate treatment planning, supervision, and client progress.

  • Partner one-on-one with BCBAs to provide coaching on clinical quality, documentation, and case conceptualization.

  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for supervisors and BCBAs navigating complex cases.

  • Support professional growth through individualized coaching and values-based leadership.

⭐ Build Quality Systems
  • Design and improve quality assurance processes that create measurable, lasting improvements.

  • Develop systems to track, monitor, and resolve quality findings in collaboration with clinical leadership.

  • Transform audit findings into actionable improvements that strengthen client outcomes.

⭐ Lead Training & Development
  • Develop and present quarterly CEU trainings for BCBAs.

  • Create educational content based on quality trends, BACB requirements, clinician feedback, and industry best practices.

  • Support continuous learning and professional development across the clinical team.

⭐ Champion ACT-Based Leadership
  • Integrate Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) into supervision, coaching, and clinical consultation.

  • Model ACT-informed conversations that promote resilience, psychological flexibility, and values-based decision-making.

  • Help clinicians apply ACT principles in both client care and professional growth.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing.

  • 5+ years of clinical ABA experience.

  • Strong background in supervision, mentorship, and clinical quality improvement.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.

  • Passion for building systems that improve both clinician performance and client outcomes.

  • Experience or strong interest in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT).
