Lead a scheduling team to maximize authorized ABA therapy hours, optimize workflows, analyze scheduled vs authorized hours, collaborate with clinicians and families, train schedulers, and implement tools and reporting to improve utilization and access to services.

As a Founding BCBA at Finni Health, you'll launch and lead your own ABA practice, oversee therapy programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families, ensuring clinical standards are met.

Provide remote, evidence-based ABA services including assessments, individualized behavior intervention plans, one-on-one therapy, family support, supervision of BTs/RBTs, interdisciplinary collaboration, and HIPAA-compliant documentation for children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Serve as a strategic HR partner to multi-state ABA/behavioral health practices, advising on employee relations, compliance, multi-state employment law, leave administration, HR operations, onboarding, workforce planning, and HR metrics. Support recruitment, policy rollout, compensation benchmarking, and culture initiatives while working hands-on in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Lead payer network strategy and operations, overseeing contracting, enrollment, revalidation, compliance, and payer relationships. Build and manage teams, KPIs, processes, and cross-functional systems to scale provider onboarding, network maintenance, and operational performance.
