Manage payroll tax accounts, filings, notices, reconciliations, audits, benefits, 401(k), workers’ compensation, year-end reporting, and payroll accounting. Serve as Rippling system owner, maintain payroll documentation, and build AI-enabled automation for payroll support, reporting, agency notices, and audit preparation.

Own end-to-end multi-state payroll for more than 1,000 employees using Rippling. Responsibilities include payroll processing, tax account management, filings, reconciliations, audits, benefits and retirement-plan administration, workers’ compensation audits, reporting, compliance, and employee support. The role also owns Rippling administration and develops documented, automated, and AI-enabled workflows to improve payroll accuracy and scalability.

Own financial performance for a portfolio of clinics: forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, owner payments, gross margin and COGS optimization. Partner with practice owners and success managers to drive actionable improvement plans, build AI-powered automations and finance tooling in GitHub, and translate analysis into realized P&L outcomes.

Lead payer network strategy and operations, overseeing contracting, enrollment, revalidation, compliance, and payer relationships. Build and manage teams, KPIs, processes, and cross-functional systems to scale provider onboarding, network maintenance, and operational performance.

Own financial performance for a portfolio of clinics: forecasting, monthly reporting, owner payments, gross-margin/COGS optimization, and business partnering. Build AI-powered automations and models, drive actionable improvement plans, reconcile payments, and work closely with practice owners and success managers to deliver measurable P&L outcomes.

Partner with the CEO to own company metrics, operating cadence, and strategic initiative portfolio. Run board/investor materials and key workstreams, remove CEO bottlenecks, coordinate cross-functional launches (multi-state, compliance, vendor migrations), and occasionally lead functions until they have permanent leaders.

As a Founding BCBA at Finni Health, you'll launch and lead your own ABA practice, oversee therapy programs, supervise staff, and collaborate with families, ensuring clinical standards are met.
