Our client is seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance & Knowledge Management Analyst to support a military customer. This hybrid role combines quality assurance, compliance oversight, and knowledge management administration to ensure operational effectiveness, process consistency, and continuous improvement across enterprise systems and organizational workflows.

The ideal candidate will possess experience supporting quality assurance initiatives, conducting audits and documentation reviews, and managing collaborative knowledge management platforms and systems. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams, end-users, and leadership to improve processes, maintain compliance standards, and optimize information sharing capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance Functions
  • Assist with activities involving quality assurance, compliance monitoring, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits, reviews, and analysis of operational data, technical documentation, and system processes.
  • Support development and maintenance of quality standards, procedures, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Evaluate system functionality, software testing results, and operational workflows to identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with industry standards and best practices, including ISO-related processes and IT quality frameworks.
  • Prepare reports, findings, and recommendations for management review.
Knowledge Management Functions
  • Define business requirements and recommend collaborative knowledge management solutions and tools.
  • Administer and support knowledge management platforms, document repositories, messaging systems, and collaboration environments.
  • Coordinate with end-users to identify operational needs, process gaps, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training related to knowledge management systems.
  • Assist with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software supporting knowledge management operations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and knowledge articles.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer systems management, Information Systems, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
  • Active SECRET Clearance required.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Compliance, or Process Improvement.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience supporting Knowledge Management systems, collaboration tools, or information management operations.
  • Experience conducting audits, documentation reviews, and process evaluations.
  • Familiarity with software testing methodologies, IT systems audits, ISO standards, and quality management principles.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical systems and supporting end-users in enterprise environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create technical documentation and training materials.
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision while managing multiple priorities.
Desired Skills
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or military environments.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, or enterprise knowledge repositories.
  • Understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or ITIL.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing training materials and conducting user training sessions.
Work Environment
  • Work is performed in a professional office environment supporting government operations.
  • Candidate must be capable of collaborating with technical teams, leadership, and end-users in a fast-paced mission environment.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in computer systems management, Information Systems, Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Active SECRET Clearance
