What does a successful Quality Assurance Engineer do at Fiserv?  

A successful Quality Assurance Engineer at Fiserv designs and develops comprehensive end-to-end automation frameworks and ensures they contribute seamlessly to our CI/CD pipeline. They work on testing applications across web, desktop, and databases while driving continuous improvement in all processes. Our QA engineers operate in a collaborative environment, consistently pushing the boundaries of what's possible in financial services technology. 

What you will do: 

• Define and design the Accessibility Testing strategy/framework to enable teams to implement it during SDLC
• Create and maintain training materials and educate team members on ADA/Accessibility requirements, policy, and best practices, including policies and standards aligned to WCAG and local laws
• Design and develop end-to-end automation frameworks 
• Execute API Testing using Rest Assured, Postman Enterprise, and Swagger
• Drive CI/CD pipeline integration using Gitlab CI
• Facilitate continuous improvement in test planning, execution, debugging, metric collection, and reporting

What you will need to have: 

• 10+ years of experience in designing end to end automation frameworks
• 10+ years of experience in API Testing using Rest Assured or Postman Enterprise
• 10+ years of experience in E2E Automation using Selenium or Appium
• 10+ years of experience in developing automation frameworks using Java and/or Python
• 5+ years of experience in accessibility testing
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience

What would be great to have: 

• Experience in distributed testing/automation/performance activities 
• Hands-on experience with Gitlab CI for CI/CD pipeline integration
• Familiarity with various collaboration tools like MS Teams
• Strong troubleshooting skills and adaptability to change
