You will
- Plan and Support all QC activities
- Monitor non-conformance failures, including root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Participate in 8D investigations of production nonconforming products
- Develop and document work instruction procedures
- Plan, conduct and participate in internal manufacturing audits
- Monitor the entire production cycle and perform tests to identify potential malfunctions
- Participate In the ECM committee and QMS approval processes
- Prepare monthly quality reports of operations malfunctions and corrective actions
- Support all training activities related to operation quality procedures
- Participate in risk analysis team PFMEA and monitor the AI’s
- Promote initiatives to improve quality
You have
- B.Sc. degree in engineering or equivalent- Must
- CQE Diploma – Advantage
- 4-5 years of experience in a quality assurance position in Medical Device / Pharma industries/ Semiconductor Industry - Must
- Experience and knowledge with the ISO 9001:2015 standard- Must
- Fluent English (read, write & talk) – Must
- Quality processes knowledge such as ECO, NCR, MRB, FMEA, 8D investigations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with working in controlled environment (clean room) – Advantage
- Experience with ERP systems such as Priority – Advantage
