Job Title: QA Engineer (Automation)
Location: Bangalore (WFO)
Experience: 2–6 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E) or Computer Science (ME/MS) or related Areas.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Python
- Perform API testing using Postman and JavaScript
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and define test plans
- Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
- Identify, record, and track bugs through to resolution
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through both manual and automated testing
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated tests
- Strong hands-on experience in automation testing using Selenium with Java/Python
- Experience with API testing using Postman and JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern testing frameworks like Cypress and Playwright
- Good understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Solid knowledge of software QA and test management tools
- Good understanding of project management and issue tracking tool
- Experience with version control systems like Git
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
