Lead and grow an engineering team building cloud-native data and AI platform infrastructure for industrial intelligence. Architect real-time and batch pipelines, IoT data platforms, MLOps systems, and highly available production environments. Partner with Product, AI/ML, and service teams to deliver secure customer solutions, establish DevOps and observability standards, and support regulated and multi-customer deployments.

Designs and leads large-scale data platforms and ETL workflows for renewable energy analytics. Builds scalable pipelines using IoT, PLC, and SCADA data across cloud and on-premise environments. Responsibilities include ontology and schema modeling, IQL query optimization, data ingestion, graph computation, Python and ML integration, API development, large-scale performance optimization, and architectural planning. The role partners with product and data science teams, translates business needs into graph solutions, and mentors engineers.

Drive enterprise sales execution and relationship management with Saudi Aramco and Aramco Digital. Build account penetration plans, leverage stakeholder relationships, originate and progress opportunities, navigate vendor and local-content requirements, support proposals and contract execution, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, and represent Avathon at industry events. The role requires an established Aramco network, complex enterprise deal experience, Arabic and English fluency, and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.

Own customer-facing Product Lifecycle Management implementations for Avathon’s AI platform. Configure PLM workflows, BOM structures, change management, integrations, data pipelines, dashboards, and user experiences across engineering and manufacturing environments. Lead onsite discovery, process mapping, design validation, training, go-live readiness, hypercare, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. Serve as the primary client contact while documenting implementation practices and identifying expansion opportunities. The role requires deep PLM expertise, strong UX and workflow design capabilities, and extensive travel.

Build shared AI capabilities for an industrial AI platform, including anomaly detection, time-series and multimodal models, data quality methods, knowledge-graph mapping, and AI agents. Develop evaluation frameworks, productionize models through serving and monitoring, and package reusable platform services. Administer and optimize Salesforce and related sales technology systems for Sales and Marketing. Manage users, permissions, configurations, automation, data quality, integrations, reports, dashboards, troubleshooting, onboarding, and training. Define and improve sales operations processes for pipeline, lead, database, segmentation, and analytics management while collaborating with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Operations teams.
