Lead the Quality Assurance process to ensure the achievement of quality compliances and customer satisfaction. Provide Quality Assurance support and coordinate in resolving potential issues.
Key Responsibilities
·Facilitate Customer Quality Issues and Internal Quality issues to drive Corrective & Preventive Actions.
·Facilitate Quality Planning Process [PFMEA, Control Plan, Measurement System Analysis, Quality Gate] for new process setup.
·Manage Incoming Quality Control (IQC) activities.
·Coordinate Ongoing Reliability Testing (ORT), product qualification, reliability assessment, and related failure investigations.
·Monitor Quality KPIs and coordinate Continuous Improvement activities.
·Perform Quality Audits to ensure compliances, process effectiveness, and elimination of Quality Risks.
QualificationsQualifications and Skills
·Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics Engineering.
·Knowledge on FMEA, 8D, MSA, SPC
·Basic understanding on Manufacturing / Test Engineering principles, Process Improvements [Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma]
·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and teamwork ability.
