As a member of a Scrum team, you will be responsible for ensuring the functional quality of the team’s deliverables.
In this role, you will:
Contribute to the implementation of the quality assurance strategy
Work closely with the Product Owner and Project Managers to understand functional requirements and business use cases
Design and execute test plans to validate new features and product enhancements
Define a test automation strategy
Perform manual testing and support the transition to automated testing across both backend and frontend components
Maintain and update the test repository
Document test results and track defect resolution in coordination with the technical team
Monitor and analyze quality metrics, contribute to reporting, and propose continuous improvement initiatives
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and promote QA best practices

About You
At least 4 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst, ideally within a software company
Fluent English is required to collaborate effectively with our team based in China
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly develop expertise in a complex software solution
Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to test design, execution, and maintenance
Dynamic and proactive, with a strong interest in working in an Agile team and in both technical and functional aspects
Experience in manual testing and the ability and willingness to transition towards automated testing
Skills Required
