Ensure software quality within a Scrum team by implementing QA strategies, understanding functional requirements, designing and executing manual test plans, defining automation strategies, maintaining test repositories, documenting results, tracking defects, analyzing quality metrics, and promoting continuous improvement and QA best practices. Support the EMEA Regional Marketing Manager to execute regional B2B marketing plans across France, the UK and EMEA VAR partners: run multi-channel campaigns, organize webinars and events, adapt local content, support PR and partner marketing, and track CRM KPIs to drive leads and pipeline.

Lead architecture and modernization work: assess technical debt, refactor and decompose modules, migrate monolith to microservices, move frontend from Vanilla JS to React, implement CI/CD and pipelines, apply TDD, participate across design/implementation/testing, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Lead and mentor a fullstack engineering squad while hands-on designing, coding, and delivering microservice-based supply chain solutions. Drive architecture, code reviews, performance optimization, cloud migration, and collaborate with cross-functional international teams across the agile lifecycle.
