We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the organization's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting audits, driving corrective actions, and contributing to operational excellence and product quality throughout the product realization lifecycle.
- Lead NCR, MRB, 8D, and corrective action processes.
- Administer quality software and maintain quality records.
- Prepare monthly quality reports and KPI tracking.
- Oversee Incoming Inspection of materials and parts
- Follow up the Regulatory requirements for materials and prepare the relevant declarations
- Handle the FAI reports’ preparation
- B.Sc. in Engineering or related field.
- Certified Quality Auditor/Engineer, advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Systems.
- Experience with AS9100 environment, advantage.
- Knowledge of Regulatory requirements for materials (RoHS, REACH, CMRT, California Proposition 65, etc.)
- Fluent English and strong MS Office skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Skills Required
- B.Sc. in Engineering or a related field
- Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Quality Engineer certification
- At least 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Systems
- Experience working in an AS9100 environment
- Knowledge of material regulatory requirements, including RoHS, REACH, CMRT, and California Proposition 65
- Fluent English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
