Job Description:
- Perform Quality Assurance activities
o Define QA Strategy as per ASPICE 3.1
o Support and facilitate Project teams throughout the project lifecycle to achieve ASPICE 3.1.
o Identify and track work product and process performance objectives.
o Coordinate and track software quality assurance activities.
o Facilitate in defining Project performance metrics.
o Perform Internal QA audit as per ASPICE 3.1 and IATF.
o Escalation of Non conformances.
o Generate QA report and present to Management.
o Facilitate in Process implementation.
o Perform release and process performance reviews
o Mentoring/Training to Project team

Requirements/Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering Preferred (or equivalent).
- 3-7 years of experience working on various standards like ASPICE, CMMI, IATF etc) in SW industries.
- Hands on Experience in implementing ASPICE 3.1 in projects.
- Fundamental understanding of quality philosophies principles, methods, tools, standards.
- Good knowledge Risk management, metrics analysis etc.
- High assertiveness, good facilitation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexible with travel
