About Position
U.S. Money Reserve is seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator. The role requires active listening skills, the ability to work around policy and procedures, and requires a team player who is comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
- Review recorded sales & verification calls to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Review voicemail messages left for Sales and ensured follow-up.
- Verify orders when call volume is high.
- Learn all the processes within the QA Department.
- Review orders from start to finish to ensure accuracy.
- Process requests from Sales to update customer records.
- Back-up Receptionist position for breaks on occasion.
- Other duties & special projects as assigned.

Qualifications- Customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining focus on overall quality of work.
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to effectively communicate in writing.
- Mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Proficient typing at least 60 wpm
- Minimum 2 years of clerical work experience
- Experience in a Quality Assurance or Compliance position a plus.
Education
- College degree preferred but not required
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Experience:
Previous QA experience preferred; minimum 1 year customer service experience required.
