About the role
In this role, you will design and execute automated testing strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve QA tools and frameworks. By identifying opportunities for improvement, you will help us elevate our DevOps culture and engineering practices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with teams to create comprehensive test plans based on project requirements.
- Identifying competence gaps, engineering practices, and opportunities for improvement to advance our DevOps maturity.
- Enhancing tools and frameworks to boost testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Staying informed on the latest trends and best practices in automation testing.

As part of the DevOps Center of Excellence, you’ll join a team of passionate professionals spreading hands-on knowledge across our 160+ squads. Together, we’re embedding security into every facet of development, ensuring robust, secure applications for our customers.
Who are you?
You are a skilled QA automation expert with a proactive mindset and a passion for collaboration. Your technical expertise and dedication to quality set you apart.
You also have:
- Proven experience in software quality assurance and automation testing.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
