Quality Assurance Associate II
Pay rate starts at $17 per hour
Must live in or near Plano, TX
Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Join our Quality Assurance Team
This position is responsible for monitoring compliance, reviewing documentation, and ensuring adherence to established standards. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to identify and report process deviations. Experience with quality checks, data review, and regulatory compliance will be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality standards within a print/mail environment.
- Key duties include sampling the quality of work for all clients, entering data from prepared materials into our QMS system, and collaborating with the QC team to achieve productivity targets.
- Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide support during audits, client visits, and uphold high quality standards.
- A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, self-confidence, and the ability to work autonomously in a goal-oriented business environment.

Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must live within 25 miles radius from onsite location
- Must have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening
