Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Outsourced Doers, you will play a vital role in upholding the quality of our Sales Account Managers’ and Onboarding Managers’ calls. Your insights, coaching, and corrective actions will help enhance performance, improve customer experience, and maintain service excellence. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment with business KPIs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular quality audits on Sales and Onboarding calls.
  • Provide detailed quality monitoring scorecards and actionable feedback.
  • Deliver coaching sessions to improve operational performance.
  • Document coaching sessions, ensuring accountability and corrective action implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain reports to track quality trends and team productivity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain consistent QA standards
  • Assist in refining sales and onboarding strategies through quality insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-3 years of Experience in Quality Assurance Management, or Elements of QA in their past roles
  • Sales experience and familiarity with sales performance metrics.
  • Understanding of Outsourced Doers' product offerings (training provided).
  • Knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Google Workspace, and Google Docs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide constructive coaching and influence positive change.
  • Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
  • Strong Adaptability, problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence.
