Deliver and improve a remote digital marketing training program: facilitate group and one-on-one coaching, review trainee deliverables, troubleshoot marketing tools, monitor performance, and collaborate with supervisors to raise trainee competency and quality standards.

Design and own end-to-end AI-powered operational systems: architecture, workflow orchestration, decision engines, data platform, CRMs, governance, observability, and production LLM features. Lead projects from discovery through rollout, ensure reliability, security, and compliance, and optimize cost/latency.

Serve as the bridge between founder-clients and production teams, managing multiple digital marketing projects (websites, funnels, social, design, courses). Clarify briefs, translate requirements for production, monitor timelines and quality, manage scope and client expectations, remove blockers, and improve delivery processes to ensure client satisfaction.

Create high-volume short-form video ads by generating AI scenes from provided scripts, editing in Premiere Pro, adding light motion design, captions, audio/music, color/audio cleanup, and delivering 9:16 and 16:9 ad formats on Australian business hours.

Provide full-time remote digital marketing and admin support to assigned clients: schedule social content, set up email automations, create landing pages and funnels, design digital assets, and support CRM, inbox, and calendar management. Night shift required; full training provided with clear promotion pathways and ongoing upskilling.

Manage Sales Account Managers' calendars, qualify and schedule appointments, maintain CRM records, operate outbound dialers (JustCall), make qualifying/re-engagement calls, track KPIs, participate in sales coaching, and support sales administration to improve show rates and sales performance.

Build, customize, and launch high-converting Shopify and WordPress/WooCommerce websites. Implement responsive, mobile-first layouts, technical SEO, performance optimizations, domain/hosting setup, integrations, content upload, and QA within high-volume production timelines.
