Job DescriptionThe current business situation requires dedicated support for integrating quality processes into production systems, ensuring technical compliance, coordinating Structured Problem Solving activities, maintaining the Plant Quality Plan and supporting Manufacturing processes. Future support demand is expected to increase due to the need for structured problem solving, compliance monitoring, corrective and preventive actions, training, audits, PQP implementation and coordination across Quality, Production, IT, Training, Central QM and R&D. Main responsibilities would be:
- Integration of quality related processes with Manufacturing systems and following of Quality tools within organization.
- Ensure that all system related with Quality and Manufacturing are deployed, implemented and performed accordingly with the company procedures.
- Coordinate effective actions for continuous improvement in the use of integrated Manufacturing Suite systems;
- Provide support and services to test and validate the manufacturing business processes (BATs);
- Implement and maintain manufacturing systems/processes that produce products to required quality objectives;
-Participation in customer claim investigation process, analyzing and corrective/preventive action plan development;
- Ensures that root cause analysis is perfumed and corrective actions are done for related area of responsibility;
- Coordinates Structure Problem Solving activities
- Evaluates gaps between existing standard processes and local legal requirements (together with Central Key User);
- FMEA moderator
- Lessons Learned data base coordination
- Performs internal trainings for Structured Problem Solving
- Technical University Degree in Engineering;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Quality Management in manufacturing industry;
- Deep understanding of relevant processes and their impact on the product performance.
- Deep understanding of quality management systems QMS and QA.
- Expert knowledge of standards of IATF 16949
- Expert knowledge in manufacturing systems
- Expert knowledge about SPS Methodologies and Tools (incl. Lessons Learned)
- Training skills
- Advanced English level;
- Advanced Microsoft Office;
- Project management track record;
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization;
- Knowledge of rubber manufacturing represents a plus.
