Position Overview
As the Quality & Education Supervisor, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive training programs across all phases of the healthcare revenue cycle. You’ll supervise a team, drive quality initiatives, and partner with leadership to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities- Lead & Develop Talent: Supervise, mentor, and coach team members while fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Training Strategy & Delivery: Design, implement, and deliver onboarding and ongoing education programs for RCM staff and clients
- Content Development: Create and maintain up-to-date training materials aligned with coding updates, payer regulations, workflows, and system enhancements
- Quality Assurance: Oversee QA processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to best practices; integrate findings into training improvements
- Performance Optimization: Analyze metrics, identify gaps, and collaborate with leadership to drive operational excellence
- Regulatory Awareness: Stay current on industry changes and ensure timely integration into training and processes
- Reporting & Insights: Track training effectiveness, completion, and staff performance to inform ongoing improvements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership and stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams
- Experience with training development, delivery, and performance improvement
- Analytical mindset with experience using metrics and reporting to drive decisions
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable training
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and revenue cycle systems
- Adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare or college coursework preferred
- Experience in revenue cycle operations required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
