Manage multiple medical clinic locations, overseeing patient flow, staffing, scheduling, claims, payroll, staff performance, vendor coordination, reimbursements, reporting, budgets, and compliance. Resolve patient and operational issues, support performance improvement, maintain effective communication among providers and staff, and ensure high-quality administrative and patient service operations.

Coordinate outpatient pulmonary hypertension clinic operations, develop and implement PH protocols, manage prescriptions and transitions of care, provide nursing education, and represent PH programs while assisting physicians in assessment and treatment.

Lead a team of billing professionals, overseeing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, providing coaching, and maintaining team engagement to drive client satisfaction.
