Coordinate outpatient pulmonary hypertension clinic operations, develop and implement PH protocols, manage prescriptions and transitions of care, provide nursing education, and represent PH programs while assisting physicians in assessment and treatment.

Lead a team of billing professionals, overseeing operations, ensuring quality and efficiency, providing coaching, and maintaining team engagement to drive client satisfaction.

Support daily medical office operations by supervising front-office staff, coordinating patient scheduling and registration, maintaining HIPAA and OSHA compliance, assisting with billing and insurance verification, managing supplies and equipment, training staff, resolving patient issues, and collaborating with clinical providers to improve workflow and patient experience.

Perform grossing, embedding, microtomy, slide staining and coverslipping for routine microscopic analysis. Troubleshoot instruments, maintain supplies and equipment, follow CLIA/HIPAA/OSHA protocols, and document lab maintenance and training. Work part-time/PRN as part of a team with attention to detail and minimal supervision.
