As a Finance Transformation - Anaplan Solutions Architect, Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with CEOs, CFOs, controllers, and treasurers to optimize finance functions and enhance their business contributions. Within our Finance practice, you will address challenges in achieving control standards, streamline back-office operations, and provide insightful business support. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills to lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while interacting with clients to drive project success. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment and developing high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.
In this role, you will focus on aligning financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and analytics processes to provide business insights that drive better decisions. You will navigate the complexities of cross-border teams and engagements, contributing technical knowledge in your area of specialization. Your ability to initiate open conversations with teams, clients, and stakeholders will build trust and contribute to the overall success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading the design and implementation of Anaplan solutions to optimize financial planning and analysis processes
- Collaborating with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior executives to align finance functions with business objectives
- Managing complex data analysis to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making
- Developing and executing financial modeling and forecasting to support business growth and efficiency
- Overseeing the integration of financial management software to enhance operational performance
- Guiding teams in process optimization and performance analysis to drive cost reduction and efficiency
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to address financial challenges and opportunities
- Navigating cross-border engagements and diverse teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions
- Initiating and leading open conversations with stakeholders to foster trust and collaboration
- Upholding ethical standards and business conduct in all client interactions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience in Anaplan tool

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
