The Senior Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality management systems, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. This role leads quality investigations, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), audits, process improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead investigations of quality issues, non-conformances, customer complaints, and process deviations.
- Perform root cause analysis utilizing methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, and other problem-solving tools.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to ensure sustainable resolutions.
- Analyze quality metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct internal audits and support external, customer, and regulatory audits.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, and records.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production teams to improve product and process quality.
- Support risk assessments, process validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality personnel and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in management reviews and quality system improvement activities.
- Assist with supplier quality evaluations and corrective action management as required.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Quality Systems.
- 3+ years of experience conducting root cause investigations and leading CAPA activities.
Experience utilizing Quality Management Systems (QMS) and continuous improvement methodologies to support quality, compliance, and operational improvement initiatives.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (e.g., 2+ hours) during inspections and documentation tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform tasks requiring prolonged sitting and/or standing throughout the workday, with or without reasonable accommodation

Salary Range: $80,856 - $89,840/yearly
