Where You'll Make a Difference
Conduct sensory evaluation of raw materials to ensure quality compliance and suitability for production.
Perform sensory assessment of intermediates and finished products against established sensory profiles and specifications.
Lead and coordinate sensory panel activities, ensuring consistency and reliability of evaluations.
Analyze sensory data and provide scientifically supported recommendations for product acceptance or rejection.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical teams to resolve quality concerns.
Document, interpret, and communicate sensory evaluation results in a clear and professional manner.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality, sensory standards, and evaluation processes.
What Makes You the Right Fit
Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or a related Science discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control within the beverage or food industry.
Strong organoleptic and sensory evaluation skills.
Understanding of sensory profiles, flavor characteristics, and quality assessment methodologies.
Ability to make objective quality decisions based on sensory observations and established standards.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience conducting sensory evaluation in the beverage industry.
Certified or formally trained in sensory science or sensory analysis techniques.
Experience leading trained sensory panels and calibrating evaluators.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
Exposure to statistical analysis and interpretation of sensory data.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with manufacturing and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated track record of driving quality improvements and maintaining high product consistency.
