Primary Responsibilities:
  • Product Strategy & Vision
    • Define and own the product vision and multi year strategy for the assigned product, supporting payment integrity, audit, and recovery workflows across multiple lines of business
    • Translate business problems and operational gaps into clear product direction, prioritized outcomes, and measurable value
    • Ensure product capabilities align with regulatory requirements, payer and provider expectations, and enterprise payment integrity standards
    • Serve as a senior product leader for the product, shaping platform direction and influencing roadmap and investment decisions
  • Roadmap & Portfolio Leadership
    • Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing platform stability, new capabilities, and incremental workflow improvements
    • Drive alignment across stakeholders to sequence work based on business value, operational impact, and delivery readiness
    • Establish and track product outcomes and KPIs such as throughput, cycle time reduction, audit yield, and user adoption
    • Manage dependencies across teams and ensure roadmap transparency for leadership and partners
  • Product Ownership & Platform Design
    • Lead end to end product ownership for product workflows, including intake, audit execution, documentation, outcomes, and reporting
    • Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards
    • Drive clarity on requirements, data needs, integrations, and system behaviors across upstream and downstream platforms
    • Ensure the product evolves as a configurable, reusable platform that supports multiple clients and use cases
  • Execution & Delivery Excellence
    • Drive solid agile execution across engineering teams to deliver predictable, high quality outcomes
    • Maintain a clear Definition of Done that includes functional completeness, performance, quality, and operational readiness
    • Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, adoption, data, or compliance risks
    • Partner with global teams to ensure effective collaboration across onshore and offshore delivery models
  • Customer & Business Impact
    • Own end to end product outcomes, including user adoption, operational efficiency, audit effectiveness, and financial impact
    • Lead discovery and feedback sessions with business users and stakeholders to ensure workflows fit real world needs
    • Translate insights from usage, metrics, and feedback into continuous product improvements and roadmap adjustments
    • Support leadership and customer communications with clear product narratives and outcome reporting
  • People Leadership & Team Development
    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers supporting CAP capabilities and workflows
    • Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career development for direct reports
    • Partner with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and scaling product talent in India
    • Foster a solid product culture focused on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and customer impact
  • Compliance & Organizational Responsibilities
    • Comply with all terms and conditions of employment, company policies, and applicable directives, including changes related to work location, teams, shifts, or work arrangements, as required by business needs

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Sciences, Product Management, Analytics, or a related field
  • 13+ years of experience in healthcare services, healthcare technology, or software development, with significant product management experience
  • Experience managing and developing product managers or cross functional teams
  • Proven experience leading enterprise platforms or complex workflow driven products
  • Solid understanding of healthcare operations, payment integrity, or claims related workflow

Skills Required
