Description of role:

The Quality Team are responsible for implementing and maintaining the company’s quality management system (QMS) for the Training and Examination Services Group. As Quality Administrator you will provide administrative support to the Quality Team, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

Main duties to include:

  • Carry out administrative activities to improve compliance with internal and external quality standards and legal requirements.
  • Maintain quality documentation, such as procedures, approval documentation, and quality records, to support the QMS.
  • Communicate within the Training and Examination Services group on quality procedures and policies to ensure a consistent understanding and application across the organisation.
  • Carry out administrative activities to improve compliance with internal and external quality standards and legal requirements.
  • Gather data needed for tracking and measuring quality results.
  • Assist in audit preparation.
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

The Quality Team work closely together, therefore you will need to be team orientated and have the ability to communicate at a number of different levels.

You will be working with colleagues both in the UK and overseas. You will have an organised approach to meet multiple deadlines and to prioritise tasks using creativity to resolve problems.

You will demonstrate sharp attention to detail, willingness to challenge and develop yourself, and an awareness of the importance of quality management systems.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and previous use of databases is essential.
