Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Min. 5 years of experience in Quantity Survey, Cost Control, Tender, and Project Administration.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, AHS/AHSP, tendering processes, contractor negotiation, contract administration, progress billing, VO/addendum, and project cost control.
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and construction specifications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD; knowledge of QS software such as Cubicost is an advantage.
- Excellent accuracy in managing project costs and administrative documentation.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.

Skills Required
