✦ About the roleWe are looking for a highly motivated Quality of Service (QoS) Specialist to join our team. This person will be responsible for executing mobile network and service tests to assess the real user experience across multiple geographies and network conditions. The role involves validating test cases, analyzing connectivity and performance data, and delivering insights to improve the quality and reliability of mobile services.✦ Responsibilities
Validate test cases and troubleshoot issues found during testing.
Execute end-to-end testing on mobile networks (voice, data, messaging, etc.) using real devices and/or digital tools.
Analyze test results across key metrics such as speed, stability, accessibility, and quality.
Generate structured and insightful reports to present test findings and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product, engineering, customer support, and operations teams to drive quality improvements.
Contribute to the optimization of testing procedures, tools, and frameworks.
Hard Skills:
2+ years of experience in roles related to quality testing, performance analysis, product operations, or customer experience.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to identify patterns, issues, and improvement areas.
Experience with QoS testing tools or custom internal tools.
Familiarity with Android/iOS testing environments and SIM/eSIM provisioning. (If possible)
Ability to use Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualisation tools for reporting and analysis.
Soft Skills:
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn.
Nice to Have:Previous experience in mobile app or network testing.
Familiarity with KPIs related to quality of service or customer satisfaction (e.g., NPS, latency, drop rate).
Exposure to BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) or basic data visualization/reporting skills.
Interest in telecommunications, mobile technologies, or quality assurance fields.
Experience working in cross-functional and/or remote teams.
