Identify and address missing or outdated documentation for both DC-DC and SGR production lines.
Regularly check the validity of all documents in production and revise outdated ones.
Ensure all leading documents like Policies, Procedures, Templates and Instructions have the correct format, latest revision, follow the same templates for consistency across the company and are approved in SharePoint.
Train all staff in how to use SharePoint Document Management System and how to update or upload new documents.
Create and update relevant procedures and instructions related to Document Management.
Support Quality Team in creating and updating relevant documentation like Work Instructions, MPI specifications, Failure catalogues etc.
Archive training registration forms upon completion and ensures their submission to HR.
Monitor and ensure the effective use of prepared documents in production.
Verify that RPF are up to date and being utilized properly.
Track MPI samples to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
Support in Implementing LPA in the plant
Responsible for setting the LPA schedule and ensuring it is followed by the assigned staff.
Follow up on non-conformities from the LPA rounds to ensure they are closed.
Ensure the integration of information classification labels (TISAX) in offices and production areas.
Ensure manually stored documents are properly archived and comply with retention periods.
Support document requests from QMS for audits related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, TISAX and IATF 16949.
Contribute to improvements related to the QMS system and Internal Audit Process.
Support in Internal Audit Process as necessary.
Advanced level English is a must
Min. 2+ years' experience in Quality field
Engineering background is preferred
Analytical thinker with an interest in quality work.
Trained and experienced in 5S.
Highly proficient in MS Office programs.
Trained and experienced in quality tools.
