A leading retail supply chain organisation is seeking an experienced Qlik Sense Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of business intelligence and analytics solutions across supply chain operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable dashboards, reports, and data models to improve operational visibility and support strategic decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
- Build and optimize backend data models, ETL processes, and data integration pipelines.
- Develop interactive frontend visualizations to support supply chain analytics and business performance monitoring.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing Qlik Sense applications for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Write and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts.
- Integrate multiple data sources into Qlik Sense, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing BI solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Analysts, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
- 5+ years’ experience in Qlik Sense development
- Strong hands-on experience in both:
- Frontend Development (dashboards, visualizations, user experience)
- Backend Development (data modeling, scripting, ETL, performance optimization)
- Frontend Development (dashboards, visualizations, user experience)
- Strong SQL development and database management experience.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Database, or similar.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices.
- Experience within Supply Chain, Retail, or Logistics environments will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, delivery-driven environment.
- Experience with supply chain KPIs, forecasting, inventory, and distribution analytics.
- Exposure to cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery environments.
