Qlik Developer | About You
As a Qlik Developer, you are responsible for building reliable, scalable analytics solutions that support data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. You bring a strong technical foundation in Qlik Sense development, paired with the ability to translate business requirements into clean data models and effective visualizations. You are detail‑oriented, comfortable working with complex datasets, and focused on delivering high‑quality, stable solutions. You work well in partnership with cross‑functional teams and can navigate changing needs with clarity and professionalism. You take ownership of your work and look for ways to continuously improve reporting and data processes.
Qlik Developer | Day-to-Day
- Develop, enhance, and maintain Qlik Sense applications, data models, and dashboards.
- Build and optimize Qlik load scripts, data transformations, and ETL logic for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
- Integrate Qlik apps with various data sources, ensuring accurate, complete, and high‑quality data.
- Analyze and troubleshoot data issues, optimize performance, and ensure stability across BI assets.
- Document development standards, data flows, and application logic to support long‑term sustainability.
Qlik Developer | Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Qlik Developer, BI Developer, or similar analytics role.
- Strong hands‑on experience with Qlik Sense, including data modeling, scripting, and visualization design.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or Tableau as secondary visualization tools.
- Proficiency with SQL and experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams.
