Job Title: QHSSE Assistant, H&S advisor Level 3

Fugro, the world’s leading independent provider of geo-intelligence and asset integrity solutions, is looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our QHSSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Security, Environment) Team in Belgium as an Assistant QHSE, H&S adviser Level 3. Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English, with a strong emphasis on translation abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.).
• Good knowledge of ISO9001, 14001, 45001 standards.
• H&S advisor Level 3 certification, or at least practical notions of occupational health and safety, to pursue training as a Prevention-Security Advisor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is beneficial.
• Proactive in suggesting continuous improvements for one's own activities as well as those of colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Country QHSSE Manager/ H&S advisor level 2 in their duties.
• Refine and translate risk analyses, meeting reports, action plans, presentations, and accident analyses conducted by the Country QHSSE Manager.
• Conduct safety orientations for new employees in collaboration with the HR department.
• Properly archive documents on the QHSSE management system.
• Promote QHSSE culture within the teams.
