Coordinate QHSE activities for 3–4 projects simultaneously.
After contract signature, lead the project start-up together with the Project Manager.
Define required roles and ensure staffing in collaboration with HQ.
Monitor and support projects on a daily and weekly basis, including regular site visits.
Handle incident management and follow-up with site teams.
Act as the central point of contact for QHSE matters, ensuring visibility and control across projects.
Travel regularly between Bremen, project sites in Northern Europe and HQ.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a role within QHSE or safety management.
Education: Theoretical background in QHSE (e.g., Prevention Advisor Level 1 or 2, Safety Engineering, or equivalent).
Languages: Fluent in German and English.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, proactive mindset, ability to manage multiple priorities.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel and spend most of your time in Bremen and on project sites.
