QHSE is one of the supporting departments that is involved in all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental matters on our projects, vessels, sites and offices. As QHSE Coordinator you are a key player in leading and facilitating the continuous improvement of our organisation!Your responsibilities

Together with QHSE team members, shape and support the practical implementation of ISO 9001/ 45001/ 14001 requirements;

Take initiative in improving, adapting and expanding our QHSE processes and Integrated Management System triggered by new/updated standards, QHSE regulations, client requirements, industry best practices, company processes etc.;

Assist other Supporting Departments with their processes and managing their QHSE aspects;

Participate in our audit program, including the follow-up of non-conformities, observations and improvement actions;

Prepare periodic/ annual QHSE performance reports;

Escalate and communicate important QHSE initiatives and issues to QHSE managers and other internal clients;
Your profile

Higher education in a relevant engineering discipline (Bachelor or Master);
-
Relevant QHSE experience and interested in developing an extended career in the field of QHSE;

Knowledge of or affinity with ISO 9001/ ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 and other QHSE standards and management systems;

Pragmatic, proactive and forward thinking;

Team player, excellent communication skills, tactful;

Critical and analytical thinking;

Willing to travel abroad occasionally for short periods;

Willing to work on our site in Vlissingen in a rotational schedule;

Fluent in Dutch and English.
