Identify and address practical campus issues, from safety concerns to design challenges.

Manage transportation processes and ensure compliance with cargo standards.

Conduct inductions for new employees and actively participate in management reviews.

Oversee site and QHSE management, including ongoing projects on the campus.

Monitor work meetings and resolve design-related problems.

Provide customer-focused facility services, including managing construction sites, daily activities, and logistics.

Conduct incident investigations.

Participate in safety initiatives and collaborate in a dynamic environment where you closely collaborate with different DEME departments.
Your profile

Proficiency in solving various operational challenges.

Background as a safety coordinator in construction is a big plus.

You are a professional proficient in both Dutch and English.
