About the role

  • To assist in managing all QHSE disciplines (HSMS, EMS & QMS) within the business to ensure compliance with ISO accreditation through a process of continuous improvement.

  • Current ISO standards in place are 9001 and 14001 – managed directly via this role.

  • Support 27001 as required

  • New ISO standard implementation for 2025 – 45001 (implementing via this role with support) and 22301 (support as required)

  • ESG and CDP support for 2025

  • To provide accurate and timely day to day QHSE advice and guidance to Likewize colleagues, customers and other stakeholders as requested.

  • To liaise with Managers and business leaders to ensure audits are performed in a timely fashion and corrective actions managed effectively. 

  • Monitor the scheduling and completion of all QHSE audits and report to the business on progress. 

  • Support compliance testing of tools & equipment (PAT, Calibration & Lifting Equipment) is undertaken by appointed agents at the prescribed intervals and report on completion.

  • To ensure all subcontractors are fully compliant with company safety policies, Permit to work controls and work safely whilst on site and escalate any issues to Facility Manager and FM Team.

  • To communicate with and provide support to line and account managers to meet customer requests for QHSE information relating to our activities.

  • Monitor company policies and objectives to ensure they are being implemented effectively and support line management where appropriate in rectifying any shortcomings.

  • To support local line managers with ownership of accident & incident reports to ensure completeness and consistency.

  • Attend local team meetings to support the manager in promoting the Likewize safety culture.

  • Ensuring departmental KPI’s are compiled in a timely fashion and distributed to key stakeholders within the business.

  • To assist in the development of electron systems to further enhance departmental management.

  • Any duties as directed by the programme manager or direct line manager

  • Respect the value of information by following Likewize's data protection / information security policies and procedures

Requirements

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.

  • Preferable Lead Auditor trained

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams.

  • Proficiency in conducting audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

  • Ability to develop and implement safety programs and training sessions
