About MQC PCT
Work at Micron as an MQC PCT Engineer to collaborate on key projects and improve performance.
Responsibilities

• Complete all required safety training, ensuring all work strictly adheres to Micron's safety policies.
• Assist in defining projects and programs aimed at achieving world-class startup, yield, quality, cost, and output goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and top focus areas.
• Establish and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external collaborators within the Micron network.
• Make training resources available and provide expert mentorship on process and equipment-related programs, systems, and processes.
• Ensure organizational compliance with company policies, regulations, and departmental procedures.
• Actively participate in functional teams and projects, mentoring other leaders, and encouraging a culture of teamwork and balanced success.
• Experience with AMC control or N2 Purge processes is highly advantageous.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dedication to safety and compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
