任职资格
1.掌握产品检验程序和产品合格验收标准
2.掌握各种品质检验手法和技巧，对进料、过程、出货辨别能力
3.具有化学或相关专业专科学历及以上或者具有质量管理、化学检验等相关专业知识
4.化工或者食品相关专业的毕业生，无经验也可

Skills Required
- Associate degree or above in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or related field
- Knowledge of quality management and chemical testing principles
- Familiarity with product inspection procedures and product acceptance standards
- Ability to perform various quality inspection methods and distinguish incoming, in-process, and outgoing material quality
- Willingness to work rotating shifts: four-shift/two-team schedule with 12h day and 12h night shifts
- Chemical or food-related graduates without experience are acceptable
