Job description:
- Directly manage QA team with diverse backgrounds supporting QA development.
- Defining QA processes that balance business criticality with delivery timelines.
- Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating quality testing activities.
- Defining and delivering software quality and defect metrics across the project portfolio
- Managing and allocating QA resources based on project needs.
- Creating detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Monitoring and reporting systemic or recurring patterns of software defects
- Create and refine training materials to improve the testing abilities of our QA team members while also coaching them to work more effectively.
- Establish and grow QA KPIs that reflect quality indicators for all project teams
Job Requirement:
- 10+ years of verifiable experience in software development and software quality assurance
- Proficiency with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
