1）负责制程品质管控工作，协调生产制程巡检工作及产品品质监测；
2）支持试模样品的检测（全尺寸测量报告）及外观、性能确认；
3）负责首/尾件样品保存及管理；
4）负责各送检样品的检验工作分配及样品管理；                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            5）完成相应的检验记录存档及监督；
6）制作设备及产品检验指导书，并按要求进行培训和监督；                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             7）协助各流程中的异常问题的处理及分析；
8）负责入厂产品及物品的进料检验管理；
9) 相关文件的管理及电子文档管理及数据分析;
10) 负责品质报表分析及不良分析跟踪改善；
11）负责PVD品质部现场审核支持及审核文件管理；
12) 服从领导安排的其他工作。
