1) 负责发货票据的打印、传递和粘贴工作
2) 正确粘贴标签和装箱文件
3) 确认和验证货代或运输公司提单
4) 根据实际发货数量和离厂时间在客户系统中维护ASN并发送
4． 货架管理
1) 建立总成货架的管理台账，及时预警货架短缺；
2) 检查货架损坏，及时送修问题货架。
5． 发布运输指令、核算运费
1) 根据发货计划，安排车辆调配计划，发布货物出厂和货架返回运输指令单；
2) 记录和评价运输公司装运的及时性；
3) 准确核算运费，控制装运意外导致的超额运费；
4) 处理运输中异常，并提交异常整改报告。
6．遵守与执行体系要求
1) 遵循国家和政府有关劳动、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求
2) 负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作

Skills Required
- Printing, delivering, and affixing shipping documents
- Correctly affix labels and packing documents
- Confirm and verify freight forwarder or carrier bill of lading
- Maintain ASN in customer system and send based on actual shipment quantity and departure time
- Establish and maintain assembly rack management ledger and warn of shortages
- Inspect damaged racks and arrange repair
- Issue transport instructions and schedule vehicles per shipping plan
- Record and evaluate carrier shipment timeliness
- Accurately calculate freight and control excess freight from shipping incidents
- Handle transport exceptions and submit corrective reports
- Comply with labor, environmental, and occupational health and safety laws and system requirements
