Summary: Responsible for the supporting the QC Critical Materials, QC Reference Standards and Procurement of all categories of laboratory Chemicals and Components Quality Control at the Limerick Manufacturing.  

 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: 

  • Supporting the daily purchasing of laboratory materials
  • Placing and managing purchase orders to support QC
  • Evaluating orders for completeness, accuracy, lead time, compliance with QC specifications, and to ensure that the cost codes used are in accordance with established policies. 
  • Performing checks to confirm accuracy of inventory levels. 
  • Ensuring all ad-hoc order deliveries are collected in a timely manner. 
  • Providing support to Critical Materials and Reference Standard Group. 
  • Supporting weekly and monthly reference standard counts. 
  • Supporting the approval of reference standards. 
  • Supporting the release of critical materials to the lab. 
  • Supporting all project work within the group.

To be considered for this opportunity you should have BS/BA in related field required with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in quality system delivery.
