The Position
The Quality Control Administrator carries out administrative tasks to support
Quality Control operations, including handling documentation requirements for
the Quality Control team.
The Opportunity
- Order and manage QC consumables and reagents; liaise with Procurement and suppliers.
- Communicate delivery times and maintain the QC Materials Tracker; receipt invoices upon goods arrival.
- Assist in QC process improvements and control of QC materials.
- Generate kit and custom CofAs; upload signed CofAs to ERP.
- Maintain archive request schedules and oversee sample issuance.
- Serve as Business Administrator for DIAdoc workflows; perform other duties as assigned.
Who you are
- Grade 12 certificate in relevant field, 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role, related administration experience in a pharmaceutical laboratory environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, and able to work in a cross-functional team environment, leading and/or influencing when appropriate.
- Able to plan, prioritise and work independently with minimal supervision, using discretion and independent judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
- Hands-on experience using SAP (P1U) and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
