Vita Singapore is currently searching for an experienced QAQC Engineer to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

The platform focuses on investing, acquiring, developing, constructing, managing, and operating real estate projects in fast-growing life sciences, innovation and R&D real estate markets in Asia-Pacific. The company operates within two main segments – a high-barrier-to-entry life sciences project construction management business and a specialized investment management business. Since the 2000s, the project construction management business has worked on over 200 projects in Asia-Pacific for more than 100 blue-chip life sciences and pharmaceutical companies, with many repeat clients.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
Key Accountabilities
Conducts audit to the quality management system and plans of Subcontractors / Consultants.
Develops PQP and liaise with the Client to incorporate the PQP requirements.
Oversees the implementation project management system / PQP at the project and project QLASSIC.
Implement the QMS at the project and continually improve its effectiveness.
Ensure quality documentation (ie MS, Inspection and Test Plans, checklist) in-place and conducts surveillance on site for Quality of work.
Conducts QA Induction, quality training and maintain training records.
Monitors submission status and maintain registers in liaison with the Document Controller.
Administration of Quality Observations and Non-Conformity reports.
Carry out inspections on site and at fabrication yards to ensure compliance to specifications.
Requirement
Recognized Degree / Diploma in Process, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Registered CSWIP 3.1/ ASNT qualifications
5-8 years’ experience in a field engineering position
Experience in a similar role in building/ refinery/ petrochemical/ process / pharmaceutical plant construction would be a distinct advantage
CONQUAS knowledge essential
