Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for software applications.
- Review business requirements and technical specifications to ensure test coverage.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple environments.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity within reporting and analytics tools.
- Document and track defects using issue management tools; collaborate with developers for resolution.
- Provide clear and concise test results and status updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with QA best practices and contribute to process improvements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing for newly developed software applications or updates.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) or Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query-based testing.
- Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
