The job profile for this position is QA & Testing Senior Advisor which is a Band 4 Senior Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna-Evernorth Services, Inc.
Responsibilities-

Define testing criteria using relevant business specifications.

Design and develop optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Perform functional, integration, release, and regression testing.

Determine test strategy/plan for manual and automated testing using agile methodology.

Design and develop scripts to run automated tests.

Build and perform end to end validation on data warehouse platforms and perform business intelligence testing.

Validate production releases for assigned projects.

Represent team in testing meetings.

Work with internal and external stakeholders to leverage data and information to support business and client needs.

Work with business analysts, subject matter experts, and developers to assist in data integration and transformation analysis.

Participate in discovery meetings, provide estimates, analyze and validate project requirements and technical specifications.

Perform impact analysis, document key issues, and report and triage defects. Partial work from home benefit available.
Qualifications-
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related and five (5) years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing & Analysis, or a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related and two (2) years of experience in Quality Assurance Testing & Analysis. Must have experience with Mainframe (TSO, File-Aid), DB2, Jira, Zephyr, Gitlab, Jenkins, SQL, Agile/Scrum methodology,
