QA Supervisor - Process Quality ControlPlay a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes consistently deliver high-quality, reliable products that meet both internal standards and customer expectations. Will be part of a cross-functional team driving continuous improvement, defect prevention, and compliance across our global operations.
About the job:
- Monitor and Audit Production Processes: Ensure adherence to Littelfuse’s quality protocols, including ISO and IATF standards.
- Conduct In-Process Inspections: Validate product quality at critical stages using calibrated tools and visual inspection techniques.
- Analyze Defect Trends: Use SPC, Pareto analysis, and 8D methodology to identify root causes and drive corrective actions.
- Support PPAP and APQP Activities: Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to ensure robust process qualification and documentation.
- Maintain Compliance: Align operations with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and Littelfuse’s internal quality systems.
- Sustain CAPA implementation and conduct daily audits
- Facilitate Line-Level Quality Reviews: Lead LAR (Line Attributable Rejects) tracking and reporting to promote ownership and accountability.
- Document and Communicate Findings: Prepare quality reports, NMRs, and CAPAs for internal and customer-facing use.
- Train Operators and Technicians: Promote quality awareness and standard work adherence across shifts.
- Work with Process engineers to do simulations and evaluations
Support for customer claims
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in quality control within electronics or automotive manufacturing
- Green Belt certified is an advantage
- Proficiency in SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and 8D problem-solving
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards
- Skilled in using inspection tools (e.g., calipers, microscopes, AOI systems)
- Experience with quality software (e.g., Minitab, SAP, or similar)
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Effective cross-functional communication
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment
