QA Supervisor (M/F/D/)

Wij zijn momenteel op zoek naar een QA Supervisor in Hillegom om ons team te versterken. In deze rol coördineer je de teamactiviteiten en draag je als onderdeel van ons enthousiaste QA team bij aan het leveren van innovatieve producten aan onze klanten in de Farmaceutische en Biotechnologische industrie. Je werkt in deze rol van maandag tot en met vrijdag in daguren (32u/week is bespreekbaar).

Het team:

In deze rol als Supervisor ondersteun je een team van 6 QA Specialists, waarbij het team verantwoordelijk is voor oa batch review en release, CAPA management, complaint handling en ondersteunen van onze klanten op het vlak van kwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met QA Inspectors, QA Engineers en afdelingen zoals Engineering, Operations en collega’s op onze andere sites. Je rapporteert aan de QA Manager.

Wat we zoeken:

• Opleiding: Bachelor / HBO werk- en denkniveau, in Quality, Engineering of een aanverwante richting
• Ervaring: Minimaal 3 - 5 jaar ervaring in de (bio)farmaceutische of productie industrie in een Quality rol. Daarnaast heb je aantoonbare leidinggevende ervaring en leiderschapskwaliteiten.
• Talenkennis: Goede beheersing van zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal
• Vaardigheden: Je hebt ervaring met het opzetten, onderhouden en bewaken van kwaliteitsprogramma's.
• Je hebt ervaring met het opbouwen en coachen van een team om er samen een succesverhaal van te maken.
• Je hebt een passie voor Continuous Improvement en zet jezelf actief in om kwaliteit te bevorderen en te waarborgen.
• Je hebt kennis van GMP en kwaliteits systemen en voorschriften zoals ISO 9001, 11137, 14644. Ervaring in een cleanroom omgeving is een pluspunt.
• Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden.
• Je bent in staat om meerdere taken af te wegen en efficiënt prioriteiten te stellen.
• Je hebt bij voorkeur aantoonbare auditervaring.

• Coördinatie van QA activiteiten
• Training, kwalificatie en ontwikkeling van het QA team
• Rapporteren van Quality metrics en bijsturen van QA activiteiten
• Beoordelen en rapporteren van kwaliteitsgegevens
• Ondersteunen en verbeteren van het QMS
• Ondersteunen van global harmonisatieprojecten
• Uitvoeren van leveranciersaudits
• Hosten en opvolgen van klant audits
