We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manual QA Tester to join our quality assurance team. In this role, you will focus on testing tickets submitted by developers to ensure they function as expected within the system. You will conduct regression testing, document test cases and workflows, and work closely with the development team to resolve any identified issues. Your efforts will be crucial in ensuring the stability and quality of our software releases, helping us deliver a smooth user experience while maintaining our high product standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
Primary Responsibilities:

Receive and test development tickets to ensure they function correctly in the system.

Perform comprehensive regression testing on the platform before software releases.

Document and maintain test cases, test flows, and workflows for repeatable testing processes.

Report and track bugs found during testing and collaborate with developers for issue resolution.

Conduct exploratory testing to identify potential system weaknesses or errors.

Provide feedback on product stability and performance to the development and product teams.

Ensure all testing is completed within sprint timelines and meets quality standards.
Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies.

Ability to follow testing workflows and report issues clearly and concisely.

Experience with regression testing and documenting test cases.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira.

Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Minimum Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in manual software testing.

Proven experience in testing software systems and reporting issues.

Experience working closely with developers to resolve testing issues.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize testing based on project timelines.

Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
