Competences
- Verify that our product's firmware is ready to go into production
- Check that the firmware has the correct software versions
- Verify that the permissions of certain files are correct
- Analysis and development of automated tests to verify product functionality
- Analysis and development of test environments
Technical Knowledge
MUST-HAVES
- Minimum testing experience >= 2 years
- Experience in functional test automation
- Linux and bash scripting knowledge
- Python knowledge (for certain automations)
NICE TO HAVES
- Binary analysis
- Knowledge as Linux Systems Engineer in the embedded area
- Knowledge of networking and development in C/C++ and/or Python
- Knowledge of BDD testing tools such as Behave and Robot Framework
- Knowledge of Gherkin language for test definition
- Experience with Jira and Xray for test management
- Experience with Yocto and cross-compilation of binaries for different platforms
