We are looking for a QA Principal to join the Euronext Securities team in Porto.
Euronext Securities is at the forefront of post-trade services and one of the largest Central Securities Depository (CSD) operators in Europe. We deliver cutting-edge settlement, custody and issuance services for both domestic and international markets, supporting clients throughout the entire value chain. You will primarily be responsible for:
- Defining and supporting the automation and artificial intelligence (AI) test approach for projects
- Estimating, prioritising and supporting execution of automation and AI testing activities
- Monitoring and managing risks associated with test plans and contributing to risk identification
- Providing clear, accurate and regular reporting through key performance indicators (KPIs) related to the automation strategy
- Partnering with other QA team members and QA leadership to align common tools and approaches for automation and AI
- Working with development and infrastructure teams to implement a continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) strategy that incorporates test by design and embedded automated tests
- Defining and providing technical guidance and best practices for software development and business operations teams
- Contributing to the definition, implementation and monitoring of company quality standards, including synchronisation with other quality assurance units
Your profile:
- Strong technical skills in automated testing frameworks, AI-driven testing tools, CI/CD pipelines and software quality assurance
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java or similar
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Minimum five years of experience in quality assurance, automation and testing, preferably in financial services or technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
